Missing person report leads to kidnapping charge
A missing person report has led to the arrest of a Raleigh County woman on a kidnapping charge. A missing person report led to the arrest of Sarah Elizabeth Sizemore, a 33-year-old woman from Raleigh County, W.Va. Sizmore has been charged with one count felony kidnapping - concealment or removal of a minor child from custodian to deny visitation. The report of a missing person was received on Oct. 22 in the Shady Spring area and an investigation and evidence led to this charge. No further information has been released.
