‘Sexiest Man Alive’ thought honor was a prank: People
People has officially revealed its 2026 Sexiest Man Alive. Actor and producer Noah Wyle, known for his medical roles on TV, has been named this year's Sexiest Man Alive by People. Wyle initially thought the honor was a prank and has been known for making scrubs look sexy for three decades. This year's honoree was named after the hospital drama "The Pitt" which won the top prize in its genre at the 2026 Primetime Emmy Awards, and Wyle took home the best actor in a drama trophy. The magazine's Sexest Man Alive franchise started in 1985 with Mel Gibson.
