After seeing ex dance with another man, he drove into Raleigh home, police say
The man was indicted earlier this month on multiple charges, including attempted murder. Jairo Josue Aguilera-Ramos, a 32-year-old Wake County man, has been charged with attempted murder for driving into an apartment building in July, after he allegedly drove into the building after seeing his ex-girlfriend dancing with another man. Court documents indicate that Aguilero-Ramo was upset after seeing her dancing with a man at a nightclub near the crash site. He is also charged with assault on a female, hit and run, and domestic violence. The driver was not at the scene at the time of the crash, but a passenger was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The woman in the car later told investigators she believed Aguileras-RamOS caused the crash to cover-up for her injuries.
